Bio
Brent Mydland: Hammond, Rhodes, lead vocals on his own songs. Eleven years, the longest tenure of any non-original member. A gruff, melodic singer; wrote Hell in a Bucket, Far From Me, Just a Little Light. Struggled with depression and chemistry; died of a speedball overdose on July 26th, 1990, days after his last show. The band never sounded the same without his harmony stack.
